About Susan Smith
Consultant Susan L. Smith has practiced what she preaches for thirty-six years. As co-founder and associate producer for public relations and marketing at Worcester Foothills Theatre, she had responsibility for all media relations, publications, communications, subscription campaigns, and all other promotional and audience development activities. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Clark University since 2002 where she serves as internship coordinator for Clark's Master's degree programs in Professional Communication and in Public Administration. She also teaches a Fall semester course each year in Audience Development, Event Planning, and Promotion.
